ArtuCapital Advisory OÜ ("we," "us," "our") is based in Tallinn, Estonia. This page explains what information we collect through artucapital-advisory.com, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
We only collect what's actually needed for the thing you're doing on the site:
- Self-Check: your name and email, before you start the free 10-question readiness check, so we can send your result.
- Careers: your name, email, country, language skills, and the CV file you upload, if you apply to join our team.
- Deck & Story Review: your name, email, country, website (optional), a business description (optional), and the files you upload, when you submit materials for review.
- Payments: if you buy the Readiness Toolkit or a Deck & Story Review, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details, Stripe processes that directly.
- Analytics: if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, referral source). If you click "Decline," this stays off. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site and reloading.
How we use it
- To send you your Self-Check result and relevant follow-up.
- To review CV submissions and follow up if there's a fit.
- To deliver a Deck & Story Review and respond with your walkthrough and notes.
- To process payments and deliver purchased products.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, only with your consent.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers named below, who process it strictly to help us run the site and deliver what you asked for.
Who else sees it
- Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions (careers, self-check, deck review).
- Stripe processes payments for the Readiness Toolkit and Deck & Story Review.
- Google Analytics 4 processes anonymized usage data, only if you've consented via the cookie banner.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you or maintain business records, and no longer than necessary for that purpose.
Your rights
As we're based in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we process it. To exercise any of these, email info@artucapital-advisory.com.
Cookies
The site uses a single analytics cookie (Google Analytics 4), and only after you click "Accept" on the banner. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
