These terms apply to your use of artucapital-advisory.com and any product or service purchased through it, operated by ArtuCapital Advisory OÜ, based in Tallinn, Estonia.

What we offer

Four ways to work with us:

• Investor-Ready Self-Check (free): a 10-question scorecard with an instant result.
• Readiness Toolkit (€59): a downloadable set of templates, delivered instantly after payment.
• Deck & Story Review (€249): an asynchronous review of your submitted materials, with a response within a calendar week.
• Readiness Sprint (custom pricing): a hands-on advisory engagement, scoped and booked directly.

Payments

Payments for the Toolkit and Deck & Story Review are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in euros. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's own terms for payment processing, which are separate from these terms.

Digital products

The Readiness Toolkit is delivered as an instant digital download. Because access is granted immediately, we're not able to offer refunds once the download link has been used, except where the files are genuinely faulty or not as described. If something's wrong with your download, email us and we'll sort it out.

Deck & Story Review

After payment, you'll be asked to submit your deck and related materials. We aim to respond with your video walkthrough and notes within a calendar week of submission. If you don't hear from us by then, contact info@artucapital-advisory.com.

Use of materials

Templates and documents included in the Readiness Toolkit are licensed for your own business use. They're not to be resold, redistributed, or repackaged as someone else's product.

No guaranteed outcomes

ArtuCapital Advisory provides preparation, review, and advisory services. We don't control, and can't guarantee, whether any investor decides to fund your business. Nothing on this site or in any engagement should be read as a promise of investment, funding, or any particular result.

Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, ArtuCapital Advisory OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
